Over the past 20 years, we have perfected our systematic recruiting process with a view to using both our experience and network as efficiently and effectively as possible to complete the tasks assigned to us.
The VFS recruiting process consists of three phases:
Identification of potential and suitable candidates for the vacancy
Direct approach of the candidates identified for the position and receipt of paperwork if they show an interest
Pre-selection of the received documents and the arranging and conducting of telephone interviews
Conducting structured personal interviews with the candidates in the event that they are suitable and interested
Preparation of confidential suitability reports for the candidates (presentation of personal and professional development accompanied by the consultant’s assessment concerning the suitability of the candidate in terms of their personality and expertise)
Presentation of the candidates to the client and the organisation of interviews
Complete monitoring of the entire process, up to and including the issues of counter-offer management, obtaining references and financial information
Regular information to the client concerning the current status of the project in accordance with the agreed communication strategy
Intensive support and coaching of candidates in all process steps, until a contract is signed
It is a matter of course for us to maintain contact with both sides even after the successful placement.
