We are an industry-specific HR consultancy with a focus on providing executive and specialist professionals in the insurance and financial services environment.

About the founder:

The managing director and founder of VFS Personalberatung, Stefanie Symmank, has 20 years of national and international professional experience as a human resources consultant in the executive search environment and in the placement of specialists and executives in the insurance and financial services industries. She is proud to call herself an “insurance specialist”.

She has extensive knowledge of both the current developments in, and peculiarities of, the insurance market and of corporate structures and position levels in all areas of insurance and financial services.

Her large, experienced network of experts in the world of business, long-standing personal contacts with decision-makers in the industry, a stable and diverse network of potential candidates in this market and a specialised, in-house team of consultants, led to the decision in 2019 to set up an industry-specific consultancy.
