DKM 2025 in Dortmund – exchange, inspiration and perspectives for the insurance industry

DKM 2025 has once again impressively demonstrated why it is considered the leading trade fair for the finance and insurance industry. 305 exhibitors and 16,491 trade visitors took advantage of the trade fair in Dortmund to network, exchange knowledge and discuss current developments and trends in the industry.
For us as a personnel consultancy for the insurance industry, DKM 2025 was an excellent opportunity to talk personally with specialists and executives, company representatives and partners. The direct exchange provides us with valuable insights into current personnel issues, recruiting trends and career prospects in the insurance industry – and shows how much dynamism and willingness to change there is in the industry.
A particular highlight was FEMSurance, which took place for the third time this year. The format impressed with exciting panel discussions, inspiring personalities and a clear focus on diversity, equality and the visibility of women in the finance and insurance industry. Our managing director took part in a panel discussion and contributed her perspective from the field of personnel consulting and career development to the discussion.
We can look back on a successful and inspiring DKM 2025 in Dortmund – with lots of new contacts, valuable insights and exciting discussions about the future of the insurance industry. We are starting the coming months with renewed motivation and are already looking forward to DKM 2026, which will take place again in Dortmund on 27 and 28 October 2026.
